According to Mars Finance, Jingce Electronics announced that it is planning to acquire a portion of the equity of its holding subsidiary, Shanghai Jingce Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., through a combination of share issuance, convertible bonds, and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. This is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring and related-party transaction. Due to the uncertainty of the matter, the company's stock and convertible bonds (Jingce Convertible Bond 2) will be suspended from trading on July 9, 2026. The transaction plan is expected to be disclosed within 10 trading days.
Binance Wallet will support Base B20 token trading.
According to Foresight News , Binance Wallet will support trading of Base B20 tokens immediately upon their listing. Meanwhile, Meme Rush will support B20 token filtering and token tagging to help users discover tokens more quickly.

The memory sector saw the largest declines, with SanDisk (SNDK) falling 5.59%, Micron Technology (MU) falling 5.28%, Western Digital (WDC) falling 4.53%, and Seagate Technology (STX) falling 4.19%. Optical communication concept stocks also came under pressure, with Astera Labs (ALAB) down 4.57%, Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI) down 4.47%, Credo (CRDO) down 4.42%, Corning (GLW) down 4.22%, Ciena (CIEN) down 3.69%, and Coherent (COHR) down 3.44%.
