Technically, EthLabs is accelerating the development of asynchronous cross-chain interoperability based on ZooKeeper technology, believing that more secure cross-chain bridges will provide issuers with confidence in the widespread distribution of assets across the network, while also focusing on the Fast Confirmation Rule's improvement of L1 to L2 link latency.
Ethlabs releases its first week's FAQ, outlining three major strategic directions.

Its current focus is on three main areas: chain-layer scaling (including L1 execution scaling, Blob scaling, and faster confirmation), platform development (cross-chain interoperability, block building, and EVM standardization), and ecosystem growth and market promotion. The team consists of five former core research members of the Ethereum Foundation, maintaining a complementary and collaborative relationship with the Ethereum Foundation, but operating as an independent non-profit organization to ensure neutrality and a long-term public interest orientation. The organization believes that ETH's success is highly correlated with Ethereum's, and that ETH's value capture capabilities will continue to strengthen as DeFi, asset issuance, and institutional adoption grow.
Midas has launched mGLOBAL on Aave Horizon, providing access to Fasanara alternative debt strategy-backed lending.
PANews reported on June 23 that, according to The Block, Midas's mGLOBAL security token has been integrated into Aave Horizon, the institutional lending market. Holders can use mGLOBAL as collateral to borrow USDC while retaining full exposure to the underlying assets. mGLOBAL tracks a short-duration private placement credit portfolio of Global Diversified Alternative Debt managed by Fasanara Capital, with underlying assets including trade receivables and digital invoices. mGLOBAL is issued by a bankruptcy-remote entity under a Luxembourg asset securitization vehicle, and its net asset value is calculated monthly by JTC Luxembourg.
Cloudflare Dashboard and API are experiencing service outages.

Category Labs launches Cadence, a new consensus protocol designed to alleviate the MEV problem at the protocol level.
Foresight News reports that Category Labs (formerly Monad Labs) has announced the launch of Cadence, a new consensus protocol that employs a Multiple Concurrent Proposer (MCP) mechanism. This mechanism supports multiple block proposers participating concurrently in consensus, achieving extremely short block intervals without sacrificing latency. Test data shows that, based on a simulated network of 200 global nodes, the average final confirmation time is 219 milliseconds, and the average speculative confirmation time is 167 milliseconds. The team stated that, combined with the cryptographic memory pool design BTX, Cadence represents a significant step towards solving the MEV problem at the protocol layer.
