PANews reported on June 9th that on-chain analyst Yu Jin published an article on the X platform stating that the Humanity project claimed the issuance and sale of H tokens was due to a leak of a foundation member's private key. However, the operations at the relevant addresses are difficult to explain by a private key leak unless it was an inside job. In addition to the 100 million H tokens issued an hour earlier, the more than 200 million H tokens sold in the preceding hours were collected from nearly 300 wallets that unlocked tokens two weeks ago and received tokens 11 months ago. These wallets had all withdrawn gas from Gate and Bybit to their addresses three weeks prior.

The practice of vendors promoting simple, temporary scripts to generate traffic appears progressive but is actually deceptive, which is why they are unwilling to charge based on actual value. Controlling model weights is key to controlling one's destiny. Weights represent core knowledge accumulated over time; entrusting them to third parties will result in the loss of core competitiveness. Ensuring AI sovereignty and building competitive advantages are not contradictory.
The Ethereum Foundation has released new policy guidelines outlining use cases for governments and institutions.
PANews reported on July 2nd that, according to The Block, the Ethereum Foundation's Global Policy Strategy Team released a policy guide for governments and institutions, attempting to position Ethereum as a critical public infrastructure. The report states that Ethereum has maintained uninterrupted operation since its launch in 2015, with approximately $76 billion worth of staked ETH secured as of March 2026. It boasts a geographically distributed validator network, multiple independent client implementations, and a large developer ecosystem. The Foundation believes that many current digital services rely on centralized intermediaries, posing risks such as single points of failure, cyberattacks, or political pressure. Ethereum's decentralized architecture makes it more suitable for applications such as digital identity, public records, and asset tokenization. The report cites successful examples such as decentralized identity initiatives in Bhutan and Buenos Aires, and an Ethereum-based land registration project in India, demonstrating that governments have begun exploring this technology.
Oman has reportedly proposed a tariff scheme for the Strait of Hormuz, but whether it will be mandatory remains controversial.
PANews reported on June 30 that, according to the New York Times, an Iranian official and four informed diplomats revealed that despite public opposition from the United States, Iran and its ally Oman are pushing forward with a plan to charge ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. If implemented, this would mark a significant change to the pre-war status quo of this strategic waterway. Oman recently submitted a formal proposal to the United States and other Western allies outlining a plan to require shipping companies to pay service fees for using the strait. US negotiators have received the Omani proposal and expressed reservations, intending to discuss it with Omani officials. Oman's proposal partially draws on the operating models of the Strait of Malacca and the Singapore Strait; in these Asian waterways, a private foundation collects voluntary donations to ensure safe navigation. Diplomats stated that any fees for the Strait of Hormuz would be voluntary.
