According to Foresight News , Albert Wong, Senior Vice President of OSL BizPay, stated at the GBA-ASEAN Summit 2026 held in Hong Kong on June 30th that as major economies around the world successively introduce clear regulatory policies, stablecoins are accelerating their penetration from the Web3 space into traditional cross-border trade and commercial payments. He pointed out that there is a huge demand for cross-border settlement between Hong Kong and ASEAN. In a complex and diverse market environment, the OSL Group is leveraging its compliance licenses and localized expert teams in multiple markets to help companies overcome the pain points of cross-border payments and solve the problem of efficient and instant deposit and withdrawal exchanges between stablecoins and local fiat currencies. Bankr has upgraded its token issuance mechanism, by default allocating 15% of tokens linearly to fee recipients over two years.

According to Foresight News , Bankr announced an upgrade to its fair issuance mechanism, introducing a new default token allocation rule: in each issuance, 85% of the tokens are used to inject liquidity pools, and the remaining 15% will be linearly vested to fee recipients over two years, with a 90-day lock-up period. This adjustment has been implemented for all new project issuances. Previously, the issuance revenue on the Bankr platform came solely from transaction fees. After the upgrade, fee recipients will receive an additional share of tokens to enhance the mechanism's flexibility. Bankr also notes that this 15% vested share is locked to the designated receiving address at the time of issuance, and subsequent transfers of fee rights will not transfer the allocated vested amount.
