Peter Beck had previously announced this stock sale. In March of this year, Rocket Lab announced that Peter Beck planned to sell up to 5 million shares of the company's common stock through Goldman Sachs. The sale window could begin as early as the end of June 2026 and close no later than July 8, 2026. On the day of the official announcement, RKLB's stock price was $60.9. According to ChainCatcher, on-chain investigator ZachXBT stated that the LAB token has plummeted from $14 to less than $2 in the past 24 hours, a drop of approximately 85%, resulting in a significant reduction in its fully diluted valuation (FDV) from approximately $14 billion. ZachXBT expressed disappointment that Binance, Bitget, and Gate failed to take proactive measures to prevent price manipulation, stating that if centralized exchanges truly valued user interests, they should at least return the profits of accounts suspected of market manipulation to users. He further pointed out that LAB investors were originally scheduled to begin unlocking their tokens later this month, but the vesting arrangements have been repeatedly altered. Insiders have long controlled almost the entire circulating supply and have been using market makers to conduct extreme price manipulation on centralized exchanges; therefore, he "does not recommend trading LAB under any circumstances."

According to Foresight News , the Ministry of Communications Technology and Innovation (MoCTI) of Sierra Leone, the National Digital Identity Company of Bhutan (Bhutan NDI), and the SIGN Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of a national digital identity platform for Sierra Leone. This platform will utilize open-source technology and W3C-standard verifiable credentials, emphasizing privacy, security, and data sovereignty. It aims to help citizens securely manage and verify their identities and improve the efficiency of public services. MoCTI will be responsible for strategic leadership, policy development, and coordination with government agencies; Bhutan NDI will provide its mature national digital identity architecture experience and open-source identity framework; and the SIGN Foundation will be responsible for system design, solution architecture, and technical implementation.
DWF Labs: Equity RWA perpetual contract open interest surpasses commodity open interest for the first time in June.
According to Foresight News , DWF Labs tweeted that equity RWA perpetual contract open interest (OI) surpassed commodities for the first time in June, becoming the largest category of RWA perpetual contracts. Equity RWA OI increased 7.9 times from $166 million at the beginning of the year to $1.3 billion, accounting for 35% of total RWA open interest that month; commodities followed closely with $1.2 billion. This growth was mainly driven by popular memory stocks such as SK Hynix, Micron, and SanDisk.
