According to Foresight News , the payment public blockchain Tempo has launched MPP Credits, allowing developers to directly top up their AI Agents using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to pay for Machine Payments Protocol service fees, without first transferring stablecoins to their Tempo wallets. Purchased MPP Credits are stored in the Tempo wallet and can be used in all MPP-enabled services. Merchants will settle payments in USDC.e on Tempo in real time. This feature is powered by licensed payment service provider Coinflow. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable, and can only be used for MPP services. MPP is an open standard for machine payments jointly developed by Stripe and Tempo, which allows AI Agents to make autonomous payments for API services such as LLM inference, computing power, and data.
Flutterwave receives investment from Circle Ventures to expand its USDC payment and settlement business in Africa.
According to Foresight News , African fintech company Flutterwave announced it has received investment from Circle Ventures, with the specific investment amount undisclosed. This investment aims to expand Flutterwave's USDC payment and settlement business in Africa. Flutterwave stated that stablecoins are becoming core financial infrastructure, and the company is committed to building faster and more flexible cross-border fund transfer methods to help businesses achieve cash flow. According to a previous report by Foresight News , Ripple acquired a stake in African fintech company Flutterwave in June of this year for a valuation of $3.3 billion.
Astar launches a cross-chain version of USDC, replacing several older cross-chain assets such as ceUSDC.
According to Foresight News , Astar Network has launched Bridged USDC (cross-chain USDC), deployed by Swapper Finance based on Circle's Bridged USDC standard and Chainlink CCIP. This will replace several older cross-chain assets, including ceUSDC. When users cross chains, the native USDC is locked on the source chain, and an equal amount of Bridged USDC is minted on Astar. This process involves no liquidity pools, has no slippage, and reserves a path for future upgrades to native USDC.

Zama stated that this vault is the first DeFi product to support cUSDC, a privacy-focused stablecoin launched by Zama using fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology.
