Odaily Odaily reports that Momenta, dubbed the "first stock in physical AI," has completed its IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering price was HK$295.6 per share, and the public offering was oversubscribed by 414 times. The stock opened slightly higher, with its market capitalization briefly exceeding HK$70 billion. Assuming the "greenshoe option" (over-allotment option) is fully exercised, the global offering consisted of approximately 22.93 million shares, raising approximately HK$6.8 billion. According to ZhenFund, Momenta announced that its mass-produced business has surpassed 1 million units equipped with its technology.

According to Mars Finance, Gowin Semiconductor has announced the completion of its Pre-IPO round of financing. The total financing amount reached hundreds of millions of yuan. The general partner is China Electronics Technology Network Information Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., with a capital contribution of 2 billion RMB. Its business scope includes equity investment, investment management, and asset management through private equity funds. Partner information shows that the fund is jointly funded by China Electronics Technology Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Suzhou Xiangcheng Financial Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Central State-Owned Enterprise Strategic Emerging Industries Development Fund Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Industry Special Fund of Funds (Limited Partnership).

According to a Bloomberg report, AirTrunk, the data center operator owned by Blackstone Inc., has selected partner banks for its planned initial public offering (IPO) of a real estate investment trust (REIT) in Singapore. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that the IPO is expected to raise approximately $1.5 billion, with the listing potentially completed as early as this year. Citigroup Inc., DBS Group Holdings Ltd., and Jefferies Financial Group Inc. have been selected to assist in preparing for the listing.
