Investors in this round include leading US dollar funds such as ZhenFund, Gaorong Capital, IDG Capital, and 5Y Capital, as well as Gobi Partners and the University of Hong Kong Joint Fund, Miracle Ventures, and Shanghai Innovation Academy. Light Source Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds will primarily be used for the research and development of full-body humanoid basic models, multimodal full-body motion data collection, talent team expansion, and the establishment of R&D centers and industry cooperation ecosystems in multiple locations, accelerating the deployment of open-source humanoid base models this year.
