According to the proposal, non-compliant issuers of material tokens will face fines of up to 12.5% of their annual revenue or twice the profits gained from the violation, with the maximum fine for material cryptocurrency tokens capped at 10% of their annual revenue. The EBA will employ a rigorous two-step process to determine the amount of the fine, incorporating aggravating or mitigating factors after assessing the severity of the underlying violation. This move marks the entry of EU MiCA regulation into a substantive enforcement phase. The framework's release comes just before the crucial July 1st deadline, when crypto companies must obtain formal licenses from national regulators to operate legally within the 27 EU member states; unlicensed companies face the risk of closure.

In the industrial application sector, approximately 70,000 domestically produced industrial robots were exported in the first five months, with overseas application scenarios continuing to expand. Handling robots equipped with visual recognition and intelligent algorithms are widely used in large-scale overseas infrastructure and transportation projects; welding robots with automatic scanning and modeling functions can calculate the optimal process solution in real time; and collaborative robots are playing a significant role in overseas food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical light manufacturing industries. In cutting-edge emerging sectors, over 8,000 intelligent bionic robots have been exported, covering diverse scenarios such as equipment inspection, scientific research and teaching, and public services.
