According to filings with the U.S. Odaily(SEC), data center operator Csquare plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "CSQR." The company plans to issue 50 million shares at a price range of $23 to $27 per share, raising up to $1.35 billion. At the upper end of the offering price range, the company's valuation would be approximately $4.18 billion.
