BNY clients can now hold USDC in their digital asset custody wallets and instruct Circle to mint USDC from USD or redeem USDC from USDC for USD, covering the entire lifecycle of institutional stablecoin business. Circle's Chief Business Officer, Kash Razzaghi, stated that this collaboration is a continuation of their long-standing relationship, bridging the gap between on-chain and traditional assets for BNY clients. The two companies plan to expand this capability to more stablecoin issuers and digital cash workflows in the future.
