PaiShield: HyperEVM is not down; the block explorer has a frontend desynchronization issue.

According to Mars Finance, on April 2nd, PaiDun issued a clarification stating that HyperEVM did not experience a network outage. The current anomaly is strictly limited to the front end of the block explorer, where users are unable to view data normally due to the failure to synchronize/display new blocks. Previously, the community and some monitoring tools detected abnormal interactions at the HyperEVM level, leading to speculation of a "network failure."

Blockworks co-founder: Dual-class token structures are not feasible; issuers must choose between equity and tokens.

According to Odaily Odaily, Blockworks co-founder Mippo stated in an article on the X platform that he no longer believes dual-class token structures are viable. Mippo pointed out that successful cases of this structure are extremely rare and decreasing, and his basic judgment is that such structures will continue to exist, but investors will demand increasingly higher discounts due to uncertainty. Mippo stated that investors should not choose products that could be "rugged" at any time due to numerous edge cases and lack legal protection. Mippo believes that issuers currently face a choice: either make an immediate decision and choose between equity and tokens, or they will gradually lose value.

Trump: Agreement has been reached to keep the Strait of Hormuz open and to end maritime blockade.

According to Mars Finance, on June 23, US President Trump posted on social media that "Iran has fully agreed to the highest level of nuclear inspections indefinitely, which will ensure honesty on the nuclear issue. If they do not agree to this, there will be no further negotiations. Based on this, and other significant concessions made by Iran, I have agreed to keep the Strait of Hormuz open and to end the naval blockade. However, all ships will remain on standby in case the blockade is reimposed if necessary—although this seems highly unlikely at present. Funds unfrozen by the US Treasury and/or sanctions lifted will be deposited into a US-controlled escrow account and will be used specifically for the purchase of food and medical supplies from the US, including corn, wheat, and soybeans grown by US farmers."

Bank of Guam has integrated with the Marshall Islands' sovereign on-chain bond USDM1, supporting deposits, withdrawals, and wallet integration.

According to Foresight News , the Marshall Islands Department of Finance, Banking and Postal Services announced a partnership with the FDIC-insured Bank of Guam. The bank will support deposits and withdrawals of USDM1 and integrate it with the Lomalo digital wallet. USDM1 is a USD-denominated sovereign debt instrument issued by the Marshall Islands government and based on a public blockchain. It is fully collateralized 1:1 with short-term U.S. Treasury securities, with the collateral held in bankruptcy remote custody by a U.S. trust company. Constructed under New York State law, it aims to meet the Basel Standard's High Quality Liquid Asset (HQLA) designation. M1X Global is acting as the coordinating agent for this project. The Marshall Islands uses the US dollar as its legal tender under the Convention on Free Association (COFA) with the United States, and USDM1 is already being used as the distribution channel for the country's universal basic income program, distributing funds in real-time to citizens scattered across the islands via the Lomalo wallet. Through this integration, existing Bank of Guam customers can transfer funds between their Lomalo wallets and bank accounts.

CZ: AI-powered proxy transactions and payments will arrive within months and will utilize blockchain technology.

According to Mars Finance, on June 20th, Binance founder CZ participated in an interview with Alex Thorn, Head of Research at Galaxy, on the Galaxy Brains podcast. CZ stated that he has installed and subscribed to almost all mainstream AI large language models and uses different products depending on his needs. OpenAI is the first product he installs; Claude is more suitable for coding; and when in Hong Kong or other regions, he uses Chinese models such as DeepSeek and Kimi. CZ stated that he doesn't choose tools based on political considerations, but rather "use whichever works." Generally, American large language models are more accurate, and while Chinese open-source models are also good, they are sometimes not comprehensive enough. CZ stated that AI-assisted transactions and payments will arrive within months, not years. He believes that AI can help users book tickets or make transactions, but payment and transfer capabilities are still needed. Current payment systems are not suitable for direct AI use; for example, AI cannot swipe Visa cards like a human and struggles with 2FA or KYC processes. In contrast, blockchain is API-driven and easier to integrate with AI. CZ stated that AI still requires money and transactions, therefore blockchain will be used. Regarding AI competition, CZ said that the US and China will inevitably compete in the AI field, including areas such as chips, data centers, and manufacturing capabilities. He believes that competition can drive growth, but the pace of AI development needs to be handled cautiously because AI is very powerful and could also be very dangerous. CZ stated that AI regulation is more complex than crypto regulation. Crypto regulation mainly deals with issues such as funds, KYC, and AML, but AI can be used for hacking, assisting in the manufacture of weapons, controlling robots and drones, etc. Currently, not enough people are deeply considering how to comprehensively regulate AI.

A bipartisan group of U.S. senators is expected to meet to discuss outstanding issues related to the Clarity Act.

According to Mars Finance, on June 18th, with just over a week until the US Senate adjourns on July 4th, cryptocurrency-supporting senators and government officials continued behind-the-scenes negotiations to bring the Clarity Act to a full vote when lawmakers return. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that a bipartisan group of senators from the Senate Banking Committee and the Agriculture Committee is expected to meet this morning to discuss outstanding issues. Later today, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche will meet with law enforcement as the administration continues to garner support for a key but controversial provision of the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act. This measure would explicitly state that certain non-custodial software developers would not be held responsible for how third parties use their code unless they knowingly intend to use it for illegal activities.
