DingTalk's new CEO, Chen Yusen, released his first all-staff letter, launching a dual-engine AI transformation towards an agent-friendly architecture.

According to Beating's monitoring, DingTalk's new CEO, Chen Yusen (signed "Yusen, CEO of Wukong Business Unit"), released his first internal letter a week after taking office, outlining a comprehensive organizational restructuring of the Wukong Business Unit. Chen Yusen positioned DingTalk and "Wukong" as "dual engines," proposing a comprehensive AI transformation of existing businesses to make them future agent-friendly infrastructure. Key changes in the organizational structure include: 1. Core Platform Business Unit: Headed by Zhu Hong (formerly DingTalk CTO, who returned to Alibaba with former CEO Wu Zhao in 2025), reporting to Chen Yusen, primarily responsible for DingTalk and related businesses. 2. Wukong Team: Integrating Wukong with the AI Agent platform MuleRun, headed by Shu Junliang (former MuleRun CTO, founder of Feiyu Security, who co-founded MuleRun with Chen Yusen in 2025), reporting to Chen Yusen. 3. Marketing Department: Headed by Li Xinyu (former CMO of MuleRun), reporting to Chen Yusen, overseeing the commercialization operations of Wukong. 4. Customer Development Department: Headed by Yang Meng (employee number 598, a veteran Alibaba employee and former Global Business President of DingTalk), integrating direct sales, telesales, service provider, and delivery teams. 5. Company Information Technology Department: A newly established department, headed by Deng Wu, aiming to optimize and iterate business systems, making all systems easy for agents to use. In addition, AI-native products launched last year, such as AI hardware and AI-powered audio recording, will be retained. The AI hardware department will be headed by Ren Qing, with increased investment and internationalization planned. Regarding business progress, the integration of Wukong and MuleRun was a policy decision made by Chen Yusen when he became CEO. It is reported that MuleRun officially commercialized in mid-May this year, and its ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) exceeded 300 million RMB within a month. Regarding work schedule management, Chen Yusen has relaxed the restrictions, allowing each business line to decide its own off-get off work time, eliminating evening parties, and removing mandatory overtime requirements. Many employees have already started their vacations this week.

The Bank of Korea has released a regulatory proposal suggesting that personal stablecoin transactions exceeding $10,000 should be limited to transfers from verified wallets.

According to Mars Finance, the legal team of the Bank of Korea has published a research paper titled "Regulatory Scheme for Foreign Remittance Transactions Targeting Stablecoins," proposing regulatory recommendations for large-scale stablecoin transactions. The paper, referencing current South Korean foreign exchange control regulations, proposes constraints on stablecoin transfers exceeding $10,000 between individuals, requiring such transactions to be conducted only between officially certified wallets, along with a pre-reporting mechanism. The institution acknowledges that there are technical obstacles to fully controlling unregistered wallets, but due to anti-money laundering compliance requirements, it is necessary to strengthen restrictions on large-scale cross-border stablecoin fund flows. South Korean regulators have previously repeatedly stated the need to improve the monitoring system for cross-border crypto asset transactions using non-custodial wallets; this paper further refines and implements the regulatory approach.
