At this stage, Juguang Technology does not believe that Corning Glass Bridge will have a substantial negative impact on the company's CPO business.

According to Mars Finance, an investor asked why the company chose to license its microprism lens array and vertical optical coupler technologies through a technology licensing agreement, rather than directly selling the products, in response to the recent announcement regarding a technology licensing agreement signed by a subsidiary. The investor responded that this licensing agreement is not a simple technology transfer, but rather a strategic collaboration to "promote R&D through licensing." The company's technical team will be deeply involved in joint development projects based on this technology, gaining access to the cutting-edge needs of leading international clients in areas such as AI computing power and data centers, accelerating its own technological iteration, and continuously enhancing its technological innovation capabilities and core competitiveness in the field of micro-nano optics. By licensing this technology to AH Company, the company will effectively facilitate the large-scale promotion of its edge coupling technology route in the CPO (co-packaged optics) optical interconnect field. The company positions itself as a component supplier in the CPO (Consumer-on-Producer) industry chain, and its products are currently deeply integrated into the following four segments: 1. External Laser Source (ELSFP) Modules: Providing integrated fast and slow axis collimating lenses (for high-precision beam collimation of laser chips) and high-performance heat sink materials (using aluminum nitride ceramic substrates, specifically designed for efficient chip heat dissipation). 2. Fiber Array Units (FAU): Providing ultra-high channel density V-groove arrays to meet the needs of high-density fiber interconnects. 3. PIC-FAU Optical Connections (FAU End): Providing lens and mirror arrays to adapt to both edge coupling and grating coupling technologies. 4. PIC-FAU Optical Connections (PIC End): Providing microprism lens arrays for achieving efficient PIC-FAU optical interconnects in edge coupling technologies. Regarding Corning's Glass Bridge solution, we believe it does not constitute a substitute for the company's business, but rather a potential complement or coexistence. In some fiber-PIC coupling application scenarios, such as designs that do not require optical path turning and have a small number of channels, it may become an optional implementation solution, complementing existing solutions rather than completely replacing them. From an industry development perspective, there is currently no unified standard for optical coupling technology in CPO (Content Processing) systems, and multiple solutions are still developing in parallel. The future market space for different technical solutions will depend more on industry maturity, customer product architecture, and actual application needs; it is unlikely that a single solution will completely replace others. Overall, we believe that the continuous emergence of new technologies and solutions reflects the ongoing innovation and rapid development of the CPO industry. Our company has already established product presence in several key aspects of CPO and will benefit from the overall industry development. Therefore, at this stage, we do not believe that Corning Glass Bridge will have a substantial negative impact on our company's CPO business. (Cailian Press)

The Bank of Korea has released a regulatory proposal suggesting that personal stablecoin transactions exceeding $10,000 should be limited to transfers from verified wallets.

According to Mars Finance, the legal team of the Bank of Korea has published a research paper titled "Regulatory Scheme for Foreign Remittance Transactions Targeting Stablecoins," proposing regulatory recommendations for large-scale stablecoin transactions. The paper, referencing current South Korean foreign exchange control regulations, proposes constraints on stablecoin transfers exceeding $10,000 between individuals, requiring such transactions to be conducted only between officially certified wallets, along with a pre-reporting mechanism. The institution acknowledges that there are technical obstacles to fully controlling unregistered wallets, but due to anti-money laundering compliance requirements, it is necessary to strengthen restrictions on large-scale cross-border stablecoin fund flows. South Korean regulators have previously repeatedly stated the need to improve the monitoring system for cross-border crypto asset transactions using non-custodial wallets; this paper further refines and implements the regulatory approach.
