iFlytek Announces Patent for Human-Computer Interaction Accent Control

According to Mars Finance, Tianyancha Intellectual Property Information shows that recently, iFlytek's patent application for "A Method and Device for Accent and Style Control in a Human-Computer Interaction Dialogue System" was published. The abstract shows that this invention belongs to the field of intelligent dialogue and speech synthesis technology, disclosing a method and device for accent and style control in a human-computer interaction dialogue system. The method includes: receiving a user dialogue request; determining whether the dialogue request includes accent and style control requirements; determining the corresponding accent slot value and style slot value based on the determination result; receiving and storing the accent slot value and style slot value; updating or inheriting the accent slot value and style slot value according to the current dialogue round and accent and style control requirements; generating a text response according to the intent of the dialogue request; and calling the corresponding TTS synthesis model based on the accent slot value and style slot value of the current round to synthesize the text response into target speech and output it to the user. This invention solves the problems of weak dynamic control capability of accent and style in existing technologies, lack of state inheritance in multi-turn dialogues, insufficient scene adaptability, and high system expansion costs.
