Following Binance's announcement regarding the disciplinary action against an employee for issuing unauthorized tokens, the Meme token issued by that employee surged by 900%.

On December 8th, according to GMGN market data, Binance officially announced at 19:05 today the handling of an employee who violated regulations by posting Meme coins and then using the Binance official account to promote them. The announcement stated that the employee has been suspended pending further disciplinary action. Binance has proactively contacted and will actively cooperate with the relevant law enforcement agencies in the employee's location to take appropriate legal action in accordance with applicable laws. However, it is worth noting that after the announcement, the Meme coin "Huang Guonian," which was involved in the violation and posted by this employee, experienced a surge in price, rising over 900% as of press time. The price briefly touched $0.006, and the market capitalization simultaneously exceeded $6 million, before falling back to $5.33 million.
