FLock.io Participated in an Oxford University roundtable discussion to advance a tripartite memorandum of understanding on Sarawak's sovereignty and AI.

According to Foresight News , FLock.io a new phase of cooperation with Oxford has been launched to advance Sarawak's green sovereignty AI initiative. As a key technology partner for Sarawak's sovereign AI initiatives, Oxford will further connect its academic research capabilities with Sarawak's development needs in key areas such as AI-driven energy, healthcare, and agriculture. This collaboration continues the recent series of exchanges between the UK and Sarawak in Manchester and Cambridge, and advances the relevant tripartite MoU following a roundtable discussion at Oxford University. The roundtable focused on the core foundations of sovereign AI, including data sovereignty, AI collaboration and data security governance, as well as sovereignty over hardware and computing infrastructure such as chips, GPUs, and storage. The participants also reached further consensus on vertical AI applications for Sarawak's key industries, particularly focusing on healthcare, energy, and agriculture. FLock.io Will support the subsequent four-month implementation roadmap, focusing on state-level government LLM, distributed AI systems, federated learning infrastructure, and data governance and security frameworks to support secure cross-agency collaboration. FLock.io Will continue to integrate privacy-preserving AI, federated learning, and trusted model collaboration capabilities into Sarawak's sovereign AI development process. From the foundational collaboration on green sovereignty AI in Manchester, to AI economics, policy and talent development in Cambridge, and further discussions on governance, security, verification and trusted deployment in Oxford, FLock.io is continuously involved in driving Sarawak to advance green sovereignty AI from a strategic vision to an executable, verifiable and feasible practical application stage.
