SK Hynix responds to "average employee bonus of 6.1 million RMB": It is currently impossible to predict.

According to Mars Finance, on May 9th, recent reports indicate that SK Hynix's average bonus per employee in South Korea will reach 6.1 million RMB. This news stems from a prediction by international investment bank Macquarie Securities. The bank believes that if SK Hynix's operating profit reaches 447 trillion won in 2027, based on a simple calculation of 10% of operating profit and approximately 35,000 employees at the end of last year, the total bonus would reach approximately 44.7 trillion won, with an average bonus of approximately 1.29 billion won per employee, close to 6.1 million RMB. SK Hynix responded that since this year's and next year's annual performance is not yet determined, the bonus amount cannot be predicted. The company also stated that it has established a new system at headquarters, using 10% of operating profit as funding for annual performance bonuses.
