Yifan Transmission: The major asset restructuring plan has been terminated and replaced with a proposed acquisition of 40% equity in Beijing Hollysys for 84 million yuan.

Mars Finance News, May 19th - Yifan Transmission (301023.SZ) announced that it has terminated its planned major asset restructuring involving the cash acquisition of 87.07% equity in Beijing Hollysys Motor Technology Co., Ltd., due to a failure to reach an agreement with some of the counterparties on core terms. The company has decided to continue pursuing the acquisition of the remaining 40% equity in the target company, using its own or self-raised funds of RMB 84 million. This matter has been approved by the board of directors. The company promises not to plan any further major asset restructuring for at least one month from the date of this announcement.
