According to Mars Finance, on May 28, Paul Atkins, Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), posted on social media, "For too long, the SEC has been at odds with the development of new technologies and innovations, forcing many entrepreneurs and businesses to move overseas. That era is over.
