According to Odaily Odaily, Serenity, a self-proclaimed "new stock market guru," stated on the X platform that LeaderDrive (688017, RMB 57.73 billion) is his most favored Chinese listed company when investing in the humanoid robot sector. The company's business covers harmonic reducers, humanoid robot rotary joint reducers, linear actuators, motors/joints, and other core components, and it is also venturing into the planetary roller screw field. The company reportedly holds over 60% of the domestic market share for harmonic reducers and boasts more than 1,800 global customers. Major clients include Universal Robots, UBTech, and Agibot, while Tesla, Figure, and most other humanoid robot developers are potential customers. It is roughly estimated that the company's components account for 4% to 15% of the bill of materials for each humanoid robot, a percentage that could rise further as it expands into more niche markets. Serenity believes that such companies are difficult to model financially accurately, and their prospects depend on the scale of humanoid robot production in the next few years. Their strategy is to take a directional long in companies that can capture a significant share of each humanoid robot. Serenity states that China is a leader in scalable mass production, and many Western players are unable to reduce costs to green harmonic levels.
