Foresight News , AI Financial, the treasury company behind WLFI, has updated its liquidity and WLFI token holdings. The company currently holds approximately 6.905 billion WLFI, with a total value of approximately $380 million. Of these, approximately 3.322 billion WLFI (approximately $180 million) are available for staking, lending, or as collateral for loans, while the remaining amount is still under a 12-month lock-up period and is expected to unlock on August 12, 2026. The company stated that the availability of WLFI tokens significantly improved its liquidity, substantially alleviating the "significant uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern" previously disclosed in its quarterly report. Management believes the company currently has sufficient liquidity to support operations for at least the next 12 months. Furthermore, WLFI tokens remain considered a strategic balance sheet asset, and the company currently has no plans to sell them and will continue to maintain a long-term exposure to this asset. According to a previous report by Foresight News , citing The Block, AI Financial released its financial report, showing a net loss of $271.5 million for the quarter ending March 28, 2026, compared to a net loss of $2.4 million in the same period last year. The company stated that its financial condition raises significant doubts about its ability to continue as a going concern over the next year. Revenue for the same period was $4.7 million, all from its crypto payments fintech business. AI Financial holds 7.28 billion WLFI tokens with a fair value of approximately $706 million, a significant decrease from over $1 billion at the end of December 2025, and recognized $348.3 million in unrealized losses. The company also stated that some WLFI is subject to lock-up restrictions, and that improvements in liquidity, revenue growth, and subsequent financing capabilities will impact its continued operation.
