Analysts: Bitcoin is forming a bottom, and now may be a good time to enter the market.

According to Mars Finance, on June 27th, crypto analyst Ali Charts published an article stating that Bitcoin chart signals indicate a market bottom is forming, and the current period may be one of the better long-term entry windows in the past decade. Over the past ten years, the 200-week Simple Moving Average (SMA) has been a crucial benchmark for identifying Bitcoin cycle bottoms. Historically, whenever Bitcoin touches or falls below this moving average, it typically opens a window for macro-level accumulation. He cited examples such as: in August 2015, Bitcoin touched the 200-week SMA and began a bull market, subsequently rising over 8500%; in December 2018, it tested the moving average and rebounded 267%; during the liquidity shock in March 2020, Bitcoin tested the 200-week SMA support and rose 1125%; in June 2022, Bitcoin first fell below the moving average and consolidated below it until December 2022, before rebounding and starting a 680% increase. Currently, Bitcoin's 200-week SMA is at $63,500, while Bitcoin is trading at around $60,000, slightly below that level. Based on market history over the past decade, this is considered a major accumulation range for long-term investors. It also suggests that Bitcoin could potentially fall further to $54,000, or even $40,000. Therefore, it recommends building positions in batches within the $58,000 to $40,000 range, establishing positions in this technical discount zone. The $63,500 level deserves close attention; historically, once Bitcoin re-establishes itself above the 200-week SMA on a higher timeframe and confirms it as macro support, it typically signifies the early stages of a new bull market.
