According to Beating's monitoring, AI 3D generation company VAST (三启万物) has completed a strategic round of financing of over 1 billion RMB in its A3 round, jointly invested by Geely Capital, 4399, Tanwan Games, Giant Interactive, and others, just one month after its previous round of financing of nearly 200 million USD. The influx of industrial capital reflects clear business needs. Game companies like 4399 and Giant Interactive value VAST's rapid 3D asset generation capabilities, such as reducing the time for creating high-precision textures from several days to 2 minutes, directly saving money for game projects. Industrial giants like Geely, on the other hand, need VAST's Project Eden 3D world model, currently under development, for autonomous driving and robot training, to generate physically consistent, multi-user interactive virtual simulation spaces at low cost.
