According to Mars Finance, Jingce Electronics announced that it is planning to acquire a portion of the equity of its holding subsidiary, Shanghai Jingce Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., through a combination of share issuance, convertible bonds, and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. This is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring and related-party transaction. Due to the uncertainty of the matter, the company's stock and convertible bonds (Jingce Convertible Bond 2) will be suspended from trading on July 9, 2026. The transaction plan is expected to be disclosed within 10 trading days.
Coinbase launches perpetual contract trading competition in India with a top prize pool of 350,000 USDC.
PANews reported on July 8th that Coinbase has launched the "Coinbase Champions Cup: India" perpetual contract trading competition in India, with a total prize pool of up to approximately 350,000 USDC (approximately 330 million rupees). The prize pool will be unlocked in tiers based on the cumulative perpetual contract trading volume of all participating users; the current prize pool is 50,000 USDC. Participants must be legal residents of India, at least 18 years old, have opened a Coinbase Advanced perpetual contract account, and complete at least 100 USDC of trading volume in the designated competition account.
