Binance launches BTC Yield, a BTC-based yield strategy product designed for BTC holders.
Odaily Odaily reported on July 7th that Binance announced the launch of a new advanced wealth management product, BTC Yield. BTC Yield is an open-ended yield strategy product denominated in BTC, designed for long-term holders who want to explore potential yield opportunities in Bitcoin without frequent market trading. BTC Yield is one of the first Bitcoin covered call option yield products launched by a mainstream cryptocurrency trading platform for both general and institutional users, demonstrating Binance's continued expansion from a trading platform into a broader financial super application. Shunyet Jan, Head of Exchange and Trading at Binance, said, “BTC Yield further enriches the product options Binance offers its users, allowing them to realize the value of digital assets in more ways. Covered call option strategies are quite mature in traditional financial markets, but direct participation by ordinary investors is usually quite difficult. BTC Yield simplifies this strategy, making it easier for Bitcoin holders who want to capture potential returns without frequent market trading to participate.” To celebrate the launch of BTC Yield, Binance Wealth Management is launching a limited-time promotion where eligible BTC Yield subscribers will have the chance to share a prize pool of 100,000 USDC.
Analysis: Amidst record outflows from ETFs, whale snapped up 270,000 BTC, signaling a structural divergence in Bitcoin's future.
PANews reported on July 5th, citing CoinDesk, that amidst a continued outflow of institutional funds from the US, Bitcoin whale have accumulated over 270,000 BTC (approximately $16.7 billion) in the past two weeks, a stark contrast to the record outflows from US spot Bitcoin ETFs. Analysis indicates this divergence exhibits historical cyclical characteristics: while institutional funds withdraw, long-term holders and whale accounts continue to accumulate, resembling a fund redistribution structure commonly seen at the bottom of previous cycles. On-chain data shows that although the spot premium remains negative, indicating weak buying pressure, large wallets continue to increase their Bitcoin holdings, suggesting the market is currently in a structural phase of "institutional deleveraging and long-term fund accumulation."
BNB Agent Studio now supports the B402 merchant pool via Binance Pay.
According to official sources, Odaily Agent Studio now supports AI Agents to access CoinMarketCap (CMC) market data with one click through Binance Pay's B402 merchant pool, and the Agent's own wallet can automatically complete the data retrieval and payment. Previously, building an AI Agent that relied on real-time market data typically required configuring API keys, subscription plans, and separate payment processes. With this integration, developers no longer need to create CMC accounts, manage API keys, or write additional payment code; the Agent can complete the entire process of "requesting data—automatic payment—processing output." Currently, four types of CMC data interfaces are initially open, including: DEX Search: Search for tokens and trading pairs on decentralized exchanges; Quotes Latest: Get the real-time price and market data of a specified token; Listings Latest: Gets ranking data for tokens across the entire market; DEX Pairs Quotes: Get real-time quotes for a specified DEX trading pair. BNB Chain states that all data requests are processed via B402 based on the x402 protocol and settled instantly on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). This feature will help developers quickly build AI Agents with market awareness capabilities, such as daily market analysis agents, token ranking change alert agents, investment watchlist agents, and narrative analysis agents that combine large language models for market interpretation.
