According to Mars Finance, Xingchen New Energy recently completed its third round of financing, raising nearly 500 million RMB. Investors in this round include Shaoxing Xinghui, CITIC Securities Capital, Sichuan Green, Eastmoney Investment, ICBC Capital, Changshi Investment, and Ace Energy, among others. This marks Xingchen New Energy's second major investment from the capital market, following its over 300 million RMB financing round last year. It is reported that Unitree Robotics plans to issue no less than 40.4464 million new shares in its IPO, accounting for no less than 10% of the total share capital after the issuance, with a planned total fundraising amount of 4.202 billion yuan. According to the prospectus, from 2023 to 2025, the company's operating revenue was 159 million yuan, 393 million yuan, and 1.699 billion yuan, respectively, and its net profit was -11.1451 million yuan, 95.4747 million yuan, and 278 million yuan, respectively, making it one of the few profitable high-performance general-purpose robot companies globally. These companies are Zhejiang Deste New Materials, Qingdao Haisenlin Hair Products, Jiangsu Jingying New Materials, Wuxi Kenuowei New Energy, Jiangsu Yingneng Microelectronics, Zhejiang Yitaino Technology, Shengdake Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai), Nanjing Liancheng Technology, Sichuan Aidiweixin Biopharmaceutical, and Zheta Information Group. Three of these companies are in the semiconductor field. Shengdake Semiconductor is a semiconductor testing equipment manufacturer, backed by Hillhouse Capital and SMIC Capital. It previously signed a guidance agreement in 2022 but did not submit its application materials; this time it has restarted the process. Zheta Information is targeting domestic substitution of semiconductor CIM systems, while Yingneng Microelectronics focuses on power and analog ICs; both are first-time applicants. Four other companies are also applying for IPOs for the first time.
